- To receive counseling and program applications, and to arrange and confirm schedules - To contact you and send notices needed to run a program - To identify members and let them view their own applications - To share news about new intakes and admissions, where you have consented to marketing messages

3. How long we keep it

Personal data is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection has been met, except in the following cases. - Counseling and program application records: 3 years after the case is closed - Member records: until the account is closed - Session records: for the period required by applicable law and professional ethics Electronic files are deleted irrecoverably; printed material is shredded or incinerated.

4. Sharing with third parties

The institute does not provide your personal data to third parties, except in the following cases. - You have consented in advance - Disclosure is required by law, or requested by an investigative authority through lawful procedure - There is a confirmed, imminent risk to the life or body of a user or another person and disclosure is needed to prevent it
